Hi! FAU bloggers,

Hoping you're having a nice start of the day, I'd like to share with you my favorite hobby that consists of baking a variety of desserts. My great aunt was very good at cooking and my mom´s likes to spend time with her so she writes all her recipes handwritten in a notebook with some other family members recipes, making a family book of recipes that is now in my hands. 

I started baking at 6 years, or even less, with help from my mom, then when I started to grow she stepped aside and let me learn by try and failure. Now I bake almost all the weeks, sometimes all days. In the pandemic I was the one in my house that bakes even 3 desserts a day, and my family eats them all. The 3 recipes I bake more are cakes (What what), brownies and cookies with glaze that I usually sell.

Almost all the recipes I know now I learned from that notebook. I usually like to do things on my own but sometimes I'd like to share the kitchen with my mom who already knows how to cook, but hardly ever. 

Now that I'am older I have access to my mom's kitchen aid that I love to use. It's a very good electric mixer that I hope to inherit in the future, and I also use the oven and some molds and a variety of baking tools and decorations.
